I stepped out this weekend in a stunning rose-hued lace dress that I believe is the embodiment of spring itself! This sweet, ladylike number from Meraki Collective & Co. has a scalloped hemline and ivory velvet ribbon details that are simple divine! It is the perfect Easter dress – or if you are going to Churchill Downs for Oaks or Derby Day, can’t you just imagine this with a fabulous hat?! It is to die for!! I completed the look with a vintage handbag that I discovered at my favorite vintage hotspot in Louisville, The Nitty Gritty. It is full of whimsical finds and retro gems. I took a short walk through Nulu and picked up my favorite treats at the Macaron Bar‘s pop up shop on Market St., at which point I immediately over-indulged and ruined my dinner in the best way imaginable. Not only are their delicious macarons incredible addictive, but they’re naturally gluten free as well! Be sure to try sea salt caramel… you’ll thank me.
